Big news: Bomb Squad Baseball Academy has officially entered into a collaboration with the Baseball Federation of the Dominican Republic (FEDOM) to create more development opportunities for young athletes in both the United States and the Dominican Republic.
Take your game international. This partnership is built around growth, exposure, training, clinics, and future travel — putting players in front of scouts and immersing them in one of the game's greatest baseball cultures. Our mission is to build real pathways for athletes from high school and beyond who want to develop at a higher level and gain international experience through the game.

Two dedicated month-long trips at our Bonao, Dominican Republic training site. Position players & pitchers, ages 18–20. Just 10 spots per trip, plus a waiting list.

$6,000 USD per participant, per trip — pay in full or choose Klarna at Stripe checkout if eligible. Approval, available terms, any interest, and eligibility are determined by Klarna and shown at checkout.
Registration and a signed adult waiver are required. Flights are not included. Travel medical insurance covering organized baseball training and games in the Dominican Republic is mandatory. Spots are limited to 10 per trip; additional applicants join the waiting list.
Approved by the organizer on September 8, 2026. These are commercial terms, separate from the participant waiver, and apply to the $6,000 USD Stripe/Klarna purchase. Inclusion here does not constitute legal certification and does not open registration. The Spanish version below is the organizer-approved, authoritative text; the English is a faithful rendering for reference.
Deadlines are counted in calendar days before the group’s departure date — June 1, 2027 or July 1, 2027, as applicable — not from the payment date. Cancellations must be requested in writing to bsbaseballacademy@gmail.com; the date the request is received is used as the reference.
Participant cancellation. Refunds are based on how far in advance the cancellation is received, calculated on the amount actually paid, except where a refund is required by law:
Example: a $6,000 payment cancelled 70 days before departure = a full refund.
Waiting-list replacement. If an eligible waiting-list participant replaces the player and pays that same spot in full, the original participant is refunded the amount paid. This rule improves — it does not reduce — any refund already due under the scale above or under the law. A replacement is not guaranteed.
Cancellation by Bomb Squad. If Bomb Squad cancels the trip, everything received for the program is refunded.
Payment handling. Any applicable refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Klarna-financed purchases, the refund is handled through the original Stripe transaction, and Klarna adjusts the financing according to its terms. Program cancellation does not authorize the customer to unilaterally stop paying Klarna; the customer must follow the provider’s instructions. Approval of this policy does not automatically execute cancellations or refunds.
All mandatory rights and refunds established by applicable law are respected.
Participants are expected to follow all program rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times. Bomb Squad Baseball Academy reserves the right to remove a participant from the roster and/or the program for failure to comply with program rules, or for conduct that disrupts or endangers the group. Removal for these reasons does not entitle the participant to a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law, and any costs resulting from an early departure are the responsibility of the participant or their family.
Código de conducta y remoción. El participante debe cumplir en todo momento las reglas del programa, las normas de seguridad y las instrucciones del personal. Bomb Squad Baseball Academy se reserva el derecho de retirar a un participante del roster o del programa por incumplimiento de las reglas del programa, o por conducta que perturbe o ponga en riesgo al grupo. La remoción por estas causas no da derecho a reembolso, salvo devolución obligatoria por ley, y los costos derivados de una salida anticipada son responsabilidad del participante o su familia.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIONES — APROBADA POR LA ORGANIZADORA EL 8 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2026 Condiciones comerciales separadas del waiver. Su incorporación al borrador no constituye certificación legal ni abre las reservas. Los plazos se cuentan por días calendario de antelación a la fecha de salida del grupo: 1 de junio de 2027 o 1 de julio de 2027, según corresponda. No se cuentan desde la fecha del pago. La cancelación debe solicitarse por escrito a bsbaseballacademy@gmail.com; se toma como referencia la fecha de recepción de la solicitud. CANCELACIÓN DEL PARTICIPANTE: Las devoluciones se calculan según la antelación con que se reciba la cancelación, sobre el monto efectivamente pagado, salvo devolución obligatoria por ley: - Si faltan 60 días o más para la salida: devolución del 100% del monto pagado. - Si faltan de 30 a 59 días: devolución del 50% del monto pagado. - Si faltan menos de 30 días: sin devolución ordinaria, sujeto a excepciones legales. Ejemplo: pago de USD 6,000 y cancelación con 70 días de antelación = devolución completa. REEMPLAZO DESDE LA LISTA DE ESPERA: Si un participante elegible de la lista de espera reemplaza al jugador y paga completamente esa misma plaza, se devolverá al participante original el monto pagado. Esta regla mejora, y no reduce, cualquier devolución que ya corresponda conforme a la escala anterior o a la ley. No se garantiza conseguir reemplazo. CANCELACIÓN POR BOMB SQUAD: Si Bomb Squad cancela el viaje, se devolverá todo lo recibido por el programa. PROCEDIMIENTO DE PAGOS: Los reembolsos que correspondan se tramitarán al método de pago original. En compras financiadas por Klarna, el reembolso se gestionará mediante la transacción original de Stripe y Klarna ajustará el financiamiento conforme a sus condiciones. La cancelación del programa no autoriza al cliente a suspender unilateralmente los pagos a Klarna; debe seguir las instrucciones del proveedor. La aprobación de esta política no ejecuta automáticamente cancelaciones ni reembolsos. Se respetan todos los derechos y devoluciones obligatorios que establezca la ley aplicable.
